How long does it take for my package to arrive?
After your order has been processed, we ask that you allow 1-3 weeks for delivery (delivery times may vary depending on your location). Please make sure your shipping address is completely correct to ensure faster and safer delivery!
How can I return a product?
If you would like to return a product, please notify us by email that you would like to return an item and provide us with the reason for the return. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please attach a photo of the defect. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase and let us know whether you prefer a refund or store credit.
